JUDGES!!

Praise the Lord everybody!! Let everything that has breath praise His holy name!! God has been so good to me and my wife, especially since He moved us into our "promised" land three months ago. I just had my first checkup with my new Doctor and had all my blood test done. Praise God! all is well! I can't thank God enough for what He has done.

Recently I read the following scripture from Paul in 1st Corinthians 2:9-16 9 But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.
10 But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.
11 For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.
12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.
13 Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.
14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
15 But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.
16 For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? but we have the mind of Christ.

I have read this scripture many times but this time I began to pay particular notice to verses 15 and 16. Most Christians are quick to tell others "don't judge lest you be judged" as a way of telling others to mind their own business. But the Lord says in His word that the spiritual judge all things! the word "spiritual" is the key here. The spiritual not only see things in the natural like the non-spiritual, but they are also able to discern what is going on in the spiritual realm, which is the driving force behind the natural world. The most important thing that God wants us to be able to judge, is sin.

The spiritual Christian should be able to recognize sin, not only in others but more importantly in themselves. The time has come for spiritual Christians to start judging sin, wherever it may be found, sparing feelings, especially your own, can no longer be a concern. We must first be willing to discern sin first in ourselves. We have to stop condoning and making excuses for sin in our own lives and then the Church. God has given those who are spiritual the authority to judge all things that involve their lives. The spiritual Christian does not let certain behaviors destroy his or her anointing and their relationship with God. They judge it as sin and remove it from their lives.

This generation of believers has to stop winking and blinking at certain behaviors and recognize them as sin, if we see it anywhere in our lives we need to call it what it is and avoid being associated with it. If that means the loss of friends and family so be it. Jesus is coming soon and if we want to go back with Him we have to live holy and rid ourselves of all sin.

God Bless You All, Brother Darrell, Speaking Off The Wall.
